Payment and Fees: All services are billed as per our pricing schedule available on the Fbrand website. Payments are due on the billing date, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Usage Restrictions: Users must comply with all applicable laws and are prohibited from:

• Engaging in abusive or offensive activities.
• Uploading harmful content such as viruses or malware. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without notice.

The client affirms that they have the legal right to use, distribute, and publish all such content and that it does not violate any laws of Kenya or any applicable international laws.

Prohibited Content
Clients are strictly prohibited from hosting, publishing, or distributing any content that is:

• Defamatory, libellous, or malicious,
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights,
• In violation of any Kenyan law or court order,
• Involving hate speech, incitement, or cyberbullying,
• Obscene, pornographic, or misleading.

Takedown Policy and Cooperation with Authorities
Upon receipt of a formal complaint, legal notice, or court order regarding illegal or defamatory content, Fbrand Web Hosting reserves the right to immediately suspend or remove the offending content or account without prior notice. We may also cooperate with relevant authorities, including sharing logs and user data as required by law.

Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fbrand Web Hosting, its directors, staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, legal fees, penalties, or liabilities arising out of:

• Any violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

No Editorial Control
Fbrand Web Hosting does not exercise editorial control over the content hosted by its clients and shall not be deemed to endorse or approve such content in any way.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

Changes to Terms: Fbrand may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
